ELECRAMA 2027 & 8th RBSM - Utility Category
Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) is organising ELECRAMA 2027 and the 8th Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM) to facilitate B2B engagement between Indian manufacturers/exporters and international buyers.
Approved Buyers Eligibility:
- Mandatory one-to-one meetings with Indian sellers at ELECRAMA-2027.
- Complimentary to and fro economy class air-ticket from nearest international airport to New Delhi, India.
- Complimentary 3 nights hotel stay in Delhi NCR (Includes breakfast & dinner at hotel, lunch at RBSM venue).
- Complimentary Airport Transfers and daily Hotel-Venue-Hotel transportation.
- Visa Recommendation Letters for Indian visa.
Non-Inclusions / Exclusions:
- Incidental travel expenses (excess baggage, seat selection, extra meals, lounge charges, insurance).
- Domestic travel within the buyer's country.
- Visa fees, processing charges, VFS charges, and immigration expenses.
- Personal expenses (room service, laundry, telephone, minibar, sightseeing, shopping).
- Additional hotel nights beyond the complimentary period.
- Accommodation for accompanying family members or unapproved colleagues.

Information collected will be used strictly for B2B matchmaking, scheduling meetings, and event communication under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Refundable Registration Deposit (USD 250):
Each approved buyer must pay a USD 250 refundable registration deposit after confirmation. Deposit will be refunded in full (in cash USD) upon completion of the mandatory B2B meetings. Failure to participate/no-show may lead to forfeiture of the deposit.
