Examples: Government Officials, DISCOMs, TSOs, GENCOs, Integrated Power Utilities, Electricity Supply Companies, National/State Power Utilities, Municipal/Regional Utilities.
ELECRAMA 2027 & 8th RBSM Overview
The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) is organizing ELECRAMA 2027 and the 8th Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM) to facilitate B2B engagement between Indian manufacturers/exporters and international buyers.
Approved Buyers Eligibility & Inclusions
- Mandatory one-to-one meetings with Indian sellers at ELECRAMA-2027.
- Complimentary round-trip economy class air ticket from the nearest international airport to New Delhi, India.
- Complimentary 3-night hotel stay in Delhi NCR (Includes breakfast & dinner at hotel, lunch at RBSM venue).
- Complimentary airport transfers and daily Hotel-Venue-Hotel transportation.
- Visa Recommendation Letters for Indian visa processing.
Non-Inclusions / Exclusions
- Incidental travel expenses (excess baggage, seat selection, extra meals, lounge charges, insurance).
- Domestic travel within the buyer's home country.
- Visa fees, processing charges, VFS charges, and immigration expenses.
- Personal expenses (room service, laundry, telephone, minibar, sightseeing, shopping).
- Additional hotel nights beyond the complimentary 3-night period.
- Accommodation or transfers for accompanying family members or unapproved colleagues.

Buyer Category Declaration
If you are a Non-Utility Buyer but register yourself under the Utility Buyer category,
IEEMA reserves the right to change your buyer category at its discretion. In such cases,
all applicable terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and rules governing Non-Utility
Buyers will apply to your registration.

Refundable Registration Deposit (USD 250)
Each approved buyer must pay a USD 250 refundable registration deposit after confirmation.
The deposit will be refunded in full (in cash USD) upon completion of the mandatory B2B meetings. Failure to participate or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Acceptance of Refundable Registration Deposit Terms
I hereby acknowledge and agree that, upon confirmation of my participation as an approved buyer in the RBSM, I shall be required to pay a refundable registration deposit of USD 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty US Dollars) to IEEMA.
I understand that the deposit is collected to confirm my commitment to participate in the RBSM programme and attend scheduled one-to-one B2B meetings with Indian sellers.
I further acknowledge and agree that the deposit shall be refunded upon my participation and fulfilment of the programme requirements, subject to verification by IEEMA.
